Patient and Insurance Coordinator
Jackelyn is a San Diego native that has moved to Wylie. Jackelyn is an expert when it comes to your insurance benefits and getting all the details to help our patient's utilize their policies. When you call or visit our office, she will be the first person you interact with. She is welcoming, kind, and the life of our practice. Prior to entering the dental field, Jackelyn spent years in sales.
Outside of the office, Jackelyn is active in the gym, catching up on Love is Blind episodes, and traveling!
My experience at InSmile Dental was so different than my previous dental office. All the rooms have TVs and iPads where everything is shown in detail if you have any work that is needed, plus it’s nice to be distracted with a movie while work is being done.
They make sure you are comfortable and at ease. Dr. Shah did an unbelievably great job and I’m extremely happy with the results.
