We saw this amazing eight-year-old patient for a dental emergency after a fall off of a bicycle. We’ve seen more cases like this on pediatric patients than we can count. Our first goal is to manage the pain and then build the teeth up with direct resin composite until the patient is old enough for porcelain crowns.
Our patient was nervous about potential bullying at school due to the fractured teeth. We made sure that our patient was not only relieved of the pain but that they could smile without anyone noticing that these teeth were ever fractured.
