Due to previous unpleasant experiences early in childhood, this patient had put off fixing large cavities on the front teeth for so long that the teeth started falling apart due to the growing decay. We listened to our patient’s fears and our first step was to control the infection the patient had under the roots. We then fabricated four natural-looking ceramic crowns to help enhance a wonderful smile. Our patient is no longer fearful and has not missed a 6-month check up since then.
